Executive Pastry Chef
Alejandra, “Ale”, has been in the culinary industry for 11 years. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she stumbled upon the industry by accident in South Beach where she partook in a prestigious internship at La Gloutonnerie. As a famous French restaurant, she spent her time crafting soufflés and other notorious French pastries. She was hooked on the joy baking pastries brought to her life. Ale made the move from the sunshine state to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado in 2015. She spent 5 years as the pastry chef at Game Creek Club on Vail Mountain and then joined the Larkspur team in 2020.
Ale loves that Larkspur is a family-owned and operated business and believes that “Larkspur does not compromise our standards. We are always striving to find the best product out there and deliver the best possible experience to our guests.”
