Meridith was born and raised in Colorado, or as she more accurately sums it up, ‘just never found a reason to leave!’ Before, during and after her college years at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Meridith found her true calling in hospitality. Meridith has seamlessly integrated her passion for food and wine while making a career out of caring for, and sharing the table, with her guests. Throughout her abundant career, Meridith has found herself on all sides of the hospitality industry, as a Sommelier, Concierge, Restaurant Consultant, Front of House Manager, Fine Wine Sales Representative and now, Director of Sales & Events. In her free time, Meridith enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and son, Maxwell. She is also an avid yogi and enjoys a range of mountain activities, from hiking to trail running and snowboarding. Grateful for an amazing group of close friends, Meridith prides herself on building relationships with her neighbors and community; there is always room at her table!
